Rivers State police command has arrested a 47-year-old pastor who raped and impregnated a 13-year-old girl in Rumuorlumeni, Port Harcourt.

The pastor was reportedly arrested by SP Kingsley Chukwueggu, the DPO of Rumuorlumeni Division.

According to the victim, the pastor is her neighbour and she went into the house to get thread and needle which his wife sister borrowed.

Then he grabbed her, forcefully abused her and threatened her not to tell anyone.
